what is with the "SKYPARK IS FINE!!!!:)" and then "what is skypark ah?" hurr phang weiqiang?!

The skypark is a rooftop water feature in VivoCity, spanning the size of 4 Olympic sized swimming pools (its really huge!) and "will enthral and excite both the young and the old", as quoted from the Vivo website (:
